Full private 1 bedroom condo in the luxurious resort community of San Destin. Many condos here are just too small to spread out and relax, however this large living room and bedroom provide more than enough space. There are 2 pools and a hot tub as well as gym, business center, golf course, and more. Walk downstairs for dining as well as drinks at the beachside cafes. Or make your own in the grill and patio area in front of the lobby. You even have the option of a 2 minute walk to eat at the Hilton San Destin resort connected to the property. This large living room, full bathroom, beautiful bedroom, and perfect private balcony make for an amazing beach life get away.

Baytown Wharf with nightclubs, restaurants, and shopping is a free shuttle ride, 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk from the Luau condo. Just a 2 minute walk beyond the pool from the beautiful beaches of San Destin where you can order food, drinks, or even rent jet skis !

2 large pools, kiddie pool, Hot tub, private condo and private balcony. Gym is located at tower 2 next to tower 1. There is an additional pool you may access with your wristband next to the beach and the restaurant where you can order food/drinks. You may feel free to walk and explore the property with lakes, golf courses, and more.

Enjoyed our stay at Rocky’s place! Great location, a short walk to the beach. We ran into a minor issue once we arrived, however Rocky fixed the problem immediately! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was absolutely amazing! Rocky was very responsive. My family of 4 had one of the best times while staying in the condo. The view was great, the AC was cold, the king size bed was so comfortable felt like my bed at home, was able to cook while we were there instead of spending $ on eating out every-time. Was able to keep up with the laundry without having to track all the way downstairs. We will 1000% be back. I will move dates around just to make sure we stay here anytime we are in Florida!

Not on the beach but next best to it. It’s on a resort with many amenities. Beach is only a walkable half mile along with a restaurant (beach house) on the boardwalk we ate 2 days in a row. Pool was beautiful, clean and family friendly. Easiest check in with very clear instructions. Very clean condo with a small balcony.

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

This place is great. Gorgeous resort with lots to do and many restaurants walking distance. Super close 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s basically oceanfront without being directly oceanfront. Also a short drive to Baytowne Wharf. Rocky is friendly and funny. Loved staying at his place and can’t wait to come back!

Free shuttle service is located beyond the pool and across the parking lot headed towards the beach. You will see a small bus stand with times and routes posted there.
